This Refund Policy applies to all paid services on LocateBizHub.
1. Digital Services
LocateBizHub provides digital listing services. Once a listing package is activated, it is considered delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A technical error prevented service activation
- A duplicate payment was made
- The service was unavailable due to platform error
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of expected business results
- Violations of platform policies leading to suspension
- Partial use of a subscription period
4. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include relevant transaction details.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
